This is a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath Villa located in the oceanfront Villas by the Sea Resort. Walk among the oaks or take a short stroll to Driftwood beach. Children can enjoy the Pirate Ship playground and for adults there is a fitness room. When you need to cool off there is a pool for the adults and one for the kiddies. The resort offers a full restaurant and lounge.

As you enter our villa you will find an open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a sliding door that leads to a balcony overlooking the pool with plenty of seating. We have wood flooring throughout. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed, TV and an attached bath with a shower only. On the second level you will find 2 bedrooms -- one bedroom has a king bed, TV, and an attached private balcony; the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a TV. On this level there is also a shared hall bathroom with a shower only.

THIS UNIT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items.
