Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and can be sent via US mail or Email. It is the renter’s responsibility to check with our office to ensure we have received your notice to cancel a reservation. All cancellations entitled to a refund will be charged a 5% service fee of the refunded amount, with a minimum of $50. Bookings cancelled 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a refund of the amount on deposit less the cancellation service fee. Bookings cancelled 60-90 days before the start of the stay will receive a refund of the amount on deposit less the cancellation fee, ONLY if the unit re-rents for the same time period. Bookings cancelled less than 60 days before the start of stay are not eligible for a refund. The $20 reservation processing fee is nonrefundable. Since all cottages are individually owned, requesting a change from one cottage to another is considered the same as a cancellation.
