Attention all guests: our cancellation is as follows and is effective as of January 18, 2024:
Per management’s request, all reservation cancellations must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation. We gladly accept cancellation notices via U.S. mail or email, and our full contact information is provided below for your convenience. It is the renter’s responsibility to follow up with our office and confirm that we have successfully received your written cancellation notice. Without confirmation, we cannot guarantee that your request has been processed.
For any reservation that qualifies for a refund, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs. If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, the guest will receive a refund of their deposit amount, minus the $50 cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled within 29 days of arrival, unfortunately, no refund can be issued, as it is very difficult to rebook the property on such short notice. Please keep in mind that the $30 reservation processing fee is nonrefundable under all circumstances. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed in the form of a check and mailed to the address listed on the original reservation.
We also want to highlight that because all vacation properties are privately and individually owned, moving from one property to another after booking is considered a cancellation of the original reservation. In such cases, the same cancellation terms and conditions outlined above will apply. We encourage guests to carefully review property details before booking to ensure the rental you select best fits your needs.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and while our policies must remain consistent to protect both property owners and future guests, we are happy to assist you with the cancellation process, provide necessary documentation, and answer any questions regarding travel insurance options that may help safeguard your vacation investment.
