"Boardwalk Beach House" features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, loft TV area, screened porch, a downstairs master bedroom suite, a separate over-garage-suite, and private gazebo in the maritime forest. The gazebo has lights, a ceiling fan, and a dining area. MW, DW, W/D, 4 Cable/Smart TVs, WiFi. BEDS: 2 King, 2 Queen, and 2 Twins. Accommodates 10. A starter set of linens (sheets for all beds and towels) is provided for this rental. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

The Ocean Oaks development still has active construction on site. The quoted rate reflects a discount for the construction in the neighborhood and for the current lack of a pool on site, which is also under construction. The pool is expected to be complete by May 2019. A pass for an off-site pool is available for this unit. Some home construction in the neighborhood could be ongoing through 2019. Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points.
