Welcome home! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage is the perfect home away from home. This cottage style townhome is located in Jekyll Island's newest cottage community, The Cottages at Jekyll Island and is dressed with ocean views. This home has a master bedroom on the main floor, along with two guest bedrooms and a bunkroom on the second floor. The first floor is home to an open kitchen, which flows into the beautiful dining and main living area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and spacious bar top. This cottage provides easy access to a garage off of the kitchen. Off of the main living area is a screened in porch, perfect for every season. The second floor houses two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom opens to an oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The second floor also has a small sitting area on the landing. . In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, 3 beach access points and community firepit.

Single Car Garage, 3 Parking spaces including garage -- No trailers of any kind allowed.


NO SMOKING NO PETS
If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate property without a refund.
THIS IS NOT HOWEVER A "PET FREE" COTTAGE AS THE OWNER HAS PETS.
