Poolside Cottage 34 Retro Coastal Chic
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 Cottage wonderfully mixes the vibrancy of retro with the calmness of coastal chic. You enter this home through a fresh and spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a Mr. Coffee machine, and all the dishware you will need. From the kitchen, you will find a bar top, with seating for four, and a dining table with enough seating for eight. The eating areas flow into the living area, where you will find ample seating and a large TV. The living area also provides access to the backyard and bottom porch, which boasts an outdoor dining table with seating for four. The first floor is also home to the master bedroom, which includes a large TV and access to the bottom porch. You will also find the master bathroom, which has double sinks and a large closet, and a walk-in shower. Finishing off the first floor is the half bath with an adjacent stackable washer and dryer. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and access to the upper balcony, which allows for wonderful views of the pool and partial ocean views. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community fire pit.

This cottage is the "Heron" floor plan and accommodates 6 adults.
Central beach access is located at the Clubhouse.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
BEACH ACCESS TO OCEAN NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages 3 beach boardwalks over the seawall to the water have suffered damages from storms and are not accessible. The estimated date for repair for the central crossover at the Clubhouse is March 31, 2024. The dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall are accessible and that area can be used for recreational use. The nearest beach park is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn and Driftwood Beach north of the Cottages. The nearest beach access within walking distance is 3 streets south at Austin Lane. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
