Beautifully decorated and complete with an ELECTRIC CART and 4 adult bikes. Perfect for cruisin' the island. This newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Cottage is a breath of salt air conveniently located near the North Cottages Beach Access. You enter through a bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker; everything you need to fix a home-cooked meal, and a bar top with seating for four. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table, with seating for six, and a spacious living area with an abundance of seating and a beautiful fireplace. Off of the living area is the master bedroom, furnished with a KING bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The first floor provides easy access to the oceanside porch with ample outdoor seating and breathtaking views. Finishing off the ground floor is a half bath and stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private bath and access to the upper balcony complete with outdoor furniture and dressed with a spectacular ocean view. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. This Cottage includes 8 beach towels, 4 adult bikes and a tire pump, 4 beach chairs, and a street legal Golf Cart. IMPORTANT: IN ORDER TO HAVE ACCESS TO CART AND BIKES, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. PLEASE CONTACT MGMT IF YOU PLAN TO USE THESE AMENITIES DURING YOUR STAY. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and community fire pit.

DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages 3 beach boardwalks over the seawall to the water have suffered damages from storms and are not accessible. The estimated date for repair for the central crossover at the Clubhouse is March 31, 2024. The dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall are accessible and that area can be used for recreational use. The nearest beach park is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn and Driftwood Beach north of the Cottages. The nearest beach access within walking distance is 3 streets south at Austin Lane. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
