Seaside Grace is the only free-standing vacation rental home located in The Cottages at Jekyll Island's premier oceanfront residential community. The Seaside Grace Cottage floor plan offers more square footage overall than the other garden townhomes and is conveniently located within steps of the Cottage beach and clubhouse amenities.
Seaside Grace is beautifully decorated inspiring a tranquil beachside atmosphere with an open-concept floor plan great for family gatherings and entertaining.
The well-equipped kitchen is complete with an island, stainless steel appliances, and both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area has two full-size sofas and 2 comfortable recliners, a flat screen television, and a gas log fireplace. There is also a half-bath and washer/dryer on the first floor.
Seaside Grace offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which sleeps 6. There is a total of 3 master bedrooms with king-size beds, each with a large ensuite bathroom. One master bedroom is located downstairs and the other two are located upstairs, Also available are a high chair, pack-and-play and children's toys.
Each of the upstairs master bedrooms opens to a large balcony with a hammock perfect for afternoon outdoor napping.
Downstairs offers a screened porch with an outdoor dining table leading off of the living area and master suite which gives access to an outdoor patio area equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating.
The single-car garage includes a new 6-seater street-legal golf cart and 6 adult and 2 children beach chairs for guests' use. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and a community firepit.
IMPORTANT: TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE CART, DOCUMENTATION MUST BE REQUESTED AND COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
BEACH ACCESS TO OCEAN NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages 3 beach boardwalks over the seawall to the water have suffered damages from storms and are not accessible. The estimated date for repair for the central crossover at the Clubhouse is March 31, 2024. The dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall are accessible and that area can be used for recreational use. The nearest beach park is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn and Driftwood Beach north of the Cottages. The nearest beach access within walking distance is 3 streets south at Austin Lane. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
