Poolside Cottage 35 Fun in the Sun! This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage is just feet away from our amenity center, zero-entry pool, fire pit, and beach access. This Cottage contains the master bedroom, bathroom (KING), and laundry room on the main level, with the two guest bedrooms (QUEEN & TWINS) and private bathrooms on the second level. You enter this home through the kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Mr. Coffee machine, a large kitchen island, and a bar top with enough seating for 3. The spacious living area, which boasts a fireplace, leads out to the porch. Off of the porch is a BBQ grill and outdoor dining, with enough seating for 6. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed and private bath with an oversized shower and closet. On the second level, you will find two guest rooms,(Queen & Twins) both with their own private bath and a wonderful view of the pool and partial ocean view. This Cottage includes a child's high chair, child's pack and play, hairdryers in all bathrooms, and smart TVs in all bedrooms. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.

Central beach access is located at the Clubhouse.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
THIS IS NOT HOWEVER A "PET-FREE" COTTAGE AS THE OWNER HAS PETS.
BEACH ACCESS TO OCEAN NOT AVAILABLE AT HIGH TIDE.
DUE TO STORMS THAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BEACH CROSSOVER TO THE OCEAN, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BEACH ACCESS
The Cottages 3 beach boardwalks over the seawall to the water have suffered damages from storms and are not accessible. The estimated date for repair for the central crossover at the Clubhouse is March 31, 2024. The dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall are accessible and that area can be used for recreational use. The nearest beach park is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn and Driftwood Beach north of the Cottages. The nearest beach access within walking distance is 3 streets south at Austin Lane. You may view all Jekyll Beaches by visiting the Jekyll Island website under the Beaches tab.
