St. Simons Island is located off the Southeast Georgia coast midway between Savannah, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida, only an hour north of Jacksonville. The Island's causeway can be reached in just minutes from Interstate 95 at Exit 29 (Previously Exit 6) to US 17 North and is also easily accessible from Exits 36A & B and Exit 38 ( Previously Exits 7 and 8). |
